Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of shift management experience or 1 year of assistant management experience (QSR preferred)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
