A day on the line

• Assemble automotive components with precision and care.
• Operate production machinery and complete basic machine setups for scheduled runs.
• Work with a close-knit crew to hit production targets while maintaining safety and quality.
• Handle materials, stage parts, and keep your area clean and organized.
• Use basic computer skills to log work and follow instructions.

Shifts and pay

• Monday–Friday — A Crew: 6am–2pm; $15.50/HR
• Monday–Friday — B Crew: 2pm–10pm; $15.90/HR
• Sunday–Thursday — C Crew: 10pm–6am; $16.10/HR

What you’ll bring

• Non-slip, closed-toe footwear.
• Clear, reliable communication and strong attention to detail.
• Comfort collaborating with a team and staying productive on your own.
• Flexibility for overtime when production demands it.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Experience that helps you succeed

• Machine building/assembling and general machine operating.
• Warehouse and material handling experience.
• Setting up machines for production runs.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Role-aligned backgrounds

Production Associate, Warehouse Associate, Assembly Line Worker, Production Operator, Picking & Packing, Sorting & Cleaning, Shipping & Receiving, Automotive Technician, Automotive Industry experience.

Compliance

• Be able to pass a drug test and background check
