Leisure Travel Advisor-Michigan
Xperience Xscape Travels is expanding and seeking motivated, organized professionals to join our remote team. We specialize in all-inclusive vacations, cruises, group travel, and customized getaway experiences.
Position Overview
In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking travel while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel journey.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand travel needs and preferences
Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages
Coordinate and manage reservations accurately and efficiently
Provide ongoing communication and support before and after travel
Stay current on travel industry updates and supplier promotions
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet access and basic computer proficiency
Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience preferred
Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor
