Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of manufacturing roles, including production, maintenance, and skilled trades.
- Provide comprehensive support and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll support, leave management, and benefits enrollment.
- Conduct new hire onboarding and facilitate training programs focused on safety, compliance, and skill development.
- Maintain accurate HR records and leverage HRIS for data management, reporting, and analytics.
- Collaborate with management to support a positive and productive work environment and drive HR initiatives.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO) applicable to manufacturing operations.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and supervisory positions.
- Strong experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management in a blue-collar workforce.
- Familiarity with HR's role in supporting workplace safety initiatives and workers' compensation processes.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite for HR data management and reporting.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety compliance.
- Experience with labor relations or in a unionized environment.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish/English).
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
