SKM Property Maintenance & Remodeling is a fast-growing remodeling company serving Oakland and Macomb Counties. We specialize in basement remodeling, decks, interior & exterior painting, and home renovations.
We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and dependable Office Manager who wants more than just a job. We want someone who wants to grow with our company and become an important part of our team.

Responsibilities
● Answer incoming phone calls
● Schedule customer estimates
● Follow up with customers after estimates
● Help turn leads into signed jobs
● Collect deposits and final payments
● Coordinate schedules with crews and customers
● Keep work orders and customer files organized
● Respond to customer emails and messages
● Help generate 5-star Google reviews
● Assist with permits, paperwork, and daily office operations
Qualifications
● Excellent customer service skills
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
● Positive attitude and professional appearance
● Dependable and punctual
● Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office
● Construction, remodeling, or office management experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
