We are a fun and relaxed company looking to hire 2-3 people to our team. The scope of work is generally new construction framing (no remodel work) with some occasional trim work. Most interested in people with at least 1 year experience but we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a W2 job and not a 1099 so pay will be based off experience. We offer 5 days paid vacation and simple IRA retirement plans after the first 90 days. Must have reliable transportation to get too and from work. We are based out of Hudsonville but work within a 25 mile radius. We all enjoy what we do and like to have fun doing it, but we work at a fast pace, so some requirements are...
-Strong listening skills, WILLING to learn, not afraid of heights, basic power tool knowledge, ability to overcome new challenges, ETC.
