Production Assembly Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

Temporary to hire, Full-Time

Mandatory Overtime: May be required daily and/or on weekends (Sunday-Saturday) to meet production demands.

Join our dynamic team as a Temporary Production Associate at an automotive manufacturing facility. You will be instrumental in the production of high-quality automotive axles, contributing to our operational efficiency and product integrity. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a fast-paced, hands-on role in a manufacturing environment.

Production Assembly Qualifications:

**Key Responsibilities:*** Operate production line machinery and equipment efficiently.* Perform diligent visual inspection of automotive axle parts to identify and report defects, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards.*

Qualifications:*** Previous experience in assembly, general labor, or manufacturing roles.* Proficiency with hand tools.* Ability to stand for extended periods, up to an 8-12 hour shift.*

*Physical Requirements:*** Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for the entire shift.* Ability to frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.* **Mandatory:** Steel-toed shoes and long pants without holes.* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
