Cleaner

Summary : Responsible for carrying out light and heavy cleaning tasks for buildings at designated facilities.

Essential Job Functions

• Sweeping,vacuumingandmoppingfloors
• Clean and disinfectequipment
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors afteroperatinghours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created
• Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
• Mix various cleaning agents
• Remove garbage and recycling
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants
• Identifyand reportpossible repairs
• Adheresto all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures
• Performsother related duties as assigned

High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior experience helpful .
