We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team and help provide top-notch insurance and tax knowledge during and upon retirement for our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• A trusted advisor, providing the expert guidance on insurance products and tax services
• Generate leads and cultivate relationships to drive sales and exceed target goals
• Educate clients on insurance and tax options and help them make informed decisions
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process and beyond
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Knowledge of tax requirements when planning for or currently in retirement (training provided)

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen and the ability to meet or exceed goals
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
