CareOne Senior Care is currently hiring compassionate and reliable caregivers to support clients in the Farmington area. If you’re looking for meaningful work with flexible scheduling and a supportive office team, this could be a great fit for you.
We are seeking individuals who are dependable, caring, and ready to assist seniors with daily living needs while promoting independence and safety at home.
What This Role Offers
• Hourly pay starting at $14–$17 based on experience and care level
• Flexible scheduling including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts
• Full-time and part-time case options available
• Work assignments placed close to Farmington and surrounding areas
• Referral bonus opportunities for bringing in new caregivers

Daily Responsibilities May Include
• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Supporting meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Helping clients with memory-related conditions (training provided if needed)
• Assisting with safe mobility and transfers
• Supporting errands or appointment transportation when required
Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication skills and dependability
• Ability to pass a background screening
• TB test required prior to starting (can be completed during onboarding)
Service Area
Farmington, MI and surrounding communities including Farmington Hills, Livonia, Southfield, Novi, West Bloomfield, and nearby areas
