What you’ll do:

Recruiting:

· Source and attract candidates through innovative HR sourcing strategies, including social media management and cold calling techniques. Oversee temp staffer at Hotels- must have Hospitlaity experience!

• Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to assess candidate qualifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever and Workday.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies, providing insights on market trends and candidate availability.
• Facilitate campus recruitment initiatives to build relationships with educational institutions and identify emerging talent.
• Negotiate employment contracts while adhering to employment and labor laws, ensuring compliance throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to enhance employee relations and retention efforts.
• Contribute to training and development programs that support employee orientation and succession planning.

Account supervision and Customer support:

• Work with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns fo existing accounts and new targets
• Assist in creating customer engagement engagement activities and events
• Cultural leadership and particpation
• Ensure weekly payroll and expenses
