Manufacturing Project Manager

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

• Lead and manage projects of small to medium complexity, ensuring quality, timing, and cost targets are met.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain communication with all internal departments to ensure project milestones are achieved.

• Engage with customers to ensure project deliverables align with their requirements.

• Utilize standardized project management tools to drive execution excellence and adhere to established processes.

• Act as an ambassador for project management, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance internal processes.

Required Skills for Project Manager:

• Strong background in manufacturing processes with a minimum of 3 years of experience in leading initiatives.

• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.

• Proficient in oral and written communication, including the creation of presentations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, electrical, mechanical, industrial) is required; PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
