Responsibilities:

• Originate and close mortgage loans, including purchase, refinance, and HELOCs.
• Work with clients to assess financial needs and recommend the best mortgage solutions.
• Manage leads and pipeline using cutting-edge CRM and technology.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, realtors, and referral partners.

Ensure compliance with all mortgage regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Loan Officer license (NMLS) in good standing
• Proven ability to originate and close residential mortgage loans
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Comfortable working with CRM and loan origination systems
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
