Salary Range: $65,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex control systems, including existing PLC code and HMI/SCADA applications.
• Configure and integrate HMI/SCADA systems for operator interface and data acquisition.
• Perform system testing, validation, and commissioning of automated machinery and production lines.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for PLC code, control systems, and network configurations.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel on new and existing control systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens).
• Proficiency in Ladder Logic programming; familiarity with Structured Text and Function Block Diagram.
• Experience in developing and integrating HMI/SCADA applications.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize complex automation systems and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with HMI/SCADA development and integration.
• Proficiency with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, OPC UA).
• Experience integrating PLCs with databases (e.g., SQL) or MES/ERP systems.
• Familiarity with robotic programming and integration.
• Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity best practices.
