Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing and implementing robust manufacturing procedures and equipment.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Specify, procure, qualify, and maintain manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and PFDs.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to ensure seamless product flow and resolve technical challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing process development, optimization, and validation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing simulation tools.
• Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions for production issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with robotics, automation, or Industry 4.0 technologies
• Proficiency in advanced simulation software (e.g., process flow, discrete event)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES)
