Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of production planning, supply chain, and quality control processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IoT)
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Advanced data analytics skills for operational insights
