Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical malfunctions in production machinery and systems.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment failures using technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
• Install, adjust, and test new industrial machinery and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for repairs.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex machinery and equipment failures.
• Adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) software
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles
