Salary Range: $121,000 - $170,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems, including standard costing and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and implement controls to safeguard assets.
• Establish and enforce internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure analysis.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to manage comprehensive financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience developing and implementing internal controls.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leveraging business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for enhanced financial reporting and operational analysis.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives or automation projects within the finance function.
• CMA or CPA certification.
