Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and technical positions.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in a competitive manufacturing labor market.
• Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments to evaluate candidate fit for technical requirements and the plant environment.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand departmental needs and refine job specifications.
• Oversee offer management, background checks, drug screenings, and pre-employment processes in compliance with industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) data and generate recruitment reports for manufacturing talent acquisition.
• Participate in local job fairs, trade schools, and community outreach to build talent pipelines for critical manufacturing roles.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to source and screen candidates for diverse manufacturing roles (e.g., production, engineering, quality, supply chain).
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
• Understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, GMP).
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) for diverse workforce engagement.
• Experience with specific ATS/HRIS platforms common in industrial sectors (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
• Relevant recruiting certifications (e.g., CIR, CDR, CSSR).
• Prior experience recruiting for unionized environments.
