Salary Range: $74,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution for complex electrical failures on production lines.
• Lead electrical engineering projects, including new installations, upgrades, and system integrations.
• Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards, codes (e.g., NFPA 70E), and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs) to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive electrical documentation, schematics, and preventive maintenance procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and industrial automation systems.
• Strong experience with electrical circuit design, PCB layout, and system integration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems and machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) for schematics and panel layouts.
• Knowledge of relevant electrical safety standards and codes (e.g., NFPA 70E, NEC, UL).
• Experience with motor control systems, including VFDs and servo drives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and industrial automation systems.
• Familiarity with SCADA/HMI development and industrial networking protocols.
• Knowledge of robotic systems (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka) and their integration into manufacturing lines.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) in a manufacturing environment.
