Senior Hardware Engineer
Founded in 2009, the Fortil group was created by entrepreneurial engineers. We operate in sectors such as: automotive, railways, aeronautics, IT, Naval, Life Science... Today, Fortil represents: some 2,000 employees for over 500 industrial partners, a presence as close as possible to our customers and employees in Europe, North America.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure successful production and delivery of components
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in electronics design to incorporate into future vehicle development projects
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for electronics design and manufacturing
- Drive continuous improvement in design processes and methodologies to increase the efficiency and quality of products
- Collaborate with external partners and academic institutions to foster innovation and drive research in electronics design
- Conduct regular trainings and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members in electronics design
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent)
- 5 years min of experience
- Experience on High Speed
