Locum MD (Medical Doctor) Neurosurgery
Description
We are currently seeking a Locum MD (Medical Doctor) specializing in Neurosurgery. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing temporary medical services in the field of neurosurgery. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the well-being of patients and contributing to the success of our healthcare projects. Responsibilities:
- Performing neurosurgical procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Evaluating and diagnosing patients with neurological disorders.
- Developing treatment plans and providing recommendations for patient care.
- Collaborating with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Participating in rounds, conferences, and other clinical activities.
- Documenting patient information accurately and timely.
- Adhering to all legal and ethical standards in healthcare practices.
- Keeping abreast of advancements in neurosurgery and incorporating best practices into patient care.
Requirements:
- Medical degree with specialization in Neurosurgery.
- Valid license to practice as a Medical Doctor.
- Demonstrated experience in performing neurosurgical procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in patient care.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Schedule: 7a-3:30p or 7a-5:30p, 4-5 days per week
Setting: Mostly inpatient
Census: 20-30 patients
Must be board-certified
