Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on production machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Execute timely repairs and replace faulty components on manufacturing equipment.
• Install, test, and commission new industrial machinery and systems.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report on equipment status.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field, combined with 3+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for effective troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Continuous Improvement methodologies
