LEAD CUSTOMER ANALYTICS TROY, MI (HYBRID PREFERRED) | $35-$39/HR | FULL-TIME CONTRACT
Position Details Location: Troy, MI (Local candidates preferred)
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Start Date: September 1, 2026
Contract Length: Through July 1, 2027
Pay Rate: $35.00-$39.00 per hour
Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Customer Analytics professional to support strategic population health initiatives through advanced data analytics, financial modeling, and cross-functional project leadership. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare analytics who enjoys turning complex claims and clinical data into actionable business insights.
This is a full-time contract opportunity expected to begin September 1, 2026, with an anticipated end date of July 1, 2027. Local Michigan candidates are preferred, though equipment will be provided for remote work following compliance clearance.
Responsibilities Lead complex analytics initiatives that support financial, clinical, and operational decision making.Analyze healthcare claims, clinical, and administrative data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Build financial models, utilization forecasts, and cost projections to support population health strategies.Serve as the project lead for customer analytics initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop meaningful dashboards and analytics.Create executive-level reports and presentations with actionable recommendations.Support total cost of care analytics through utilization and cost analysis.Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot, validate, and improve business intelligence data.Promote data-driven decision making across the organization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics.Minimum of 2 years leading complex, cross-functional projects.Healthcare or health insurance analytics experience strongly preferred.Experience working with healthcare claims data.Strong statistical analysis and analytical problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree.Experience with Power BI.Experience with Milliman MedInsight.Experience working with Epic.Experience leveraging AI to improve analytics or business processes.
