Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily quality control operations and personnel.
• Ensure products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
• Investigate non-conformances, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO).
• Provide training and coaching to quality inspectors and production staff on quality protocols.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports on quality performance and trends.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory experience.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), statistical process control (SPC), and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop a team of quality professionals.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and problem-solving tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with specific QMS software (e.g., SAP QM, MasterControl)
• Experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles
• Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
