Director, Area Sales - Michigan
- Provides hands-on sales leadership by partnering directly with Account Executives to advance and close large, complex opportunities and strategic accounts through active customer engagement.
- Collaborates with Account Executives and Solutions Architects to develop, present, and optimize technology and services solutions that align with customer business outcomes.
- Owns and advances key strategic partner relationships, including engagement with major technology partners such as Cisco IBM, HPE, Everpure, Rubrik, VAST Data, etc.
- Builds and sustains strong, trusted relationships with customers at multiple levels, with a focus on long-term value, satisfaction, and retention.
- Leads, coaches, and develops the sales team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and fostering individual and team growth.
- Plans and executes regional and national marketing initiatives and events in support of pipeline creation and brand visibility.
- Delivers accurate area-level sales forecasting, manages pipeline health, and leads quarterly business reviews.
- Develops and executes strategic business plans that align regional priorities with Logicalis' overall growth objectives.
- Acts as an escalation point to resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction, working cross-functionally with sales, partner teams, professional services, and finance.
- Champions Logicalis' mission, values, and culture through daily leadership behaviors and interactions.
- Maintains knowledge of and ensures compliance with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, as well as Logicalis policies and procedures, demonstrating the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
- Represents Logicalis with professionalism and a strong customer-first mindset, consistently supporting world-class customer service expectations.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 10 years experience in sales management.
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functional groups and levels within organization, as well as externally.
- Self starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills and ability to project manage with minimal supervision.
- Superior communication skills via presentations, written and oral communications.
