What You Get To Do

  • Build, lead, and scale a high-impact Product Development FP&A team to support current programs and future growth.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Purchasing to align technical decisions with cost, timing, and investment priorities.
  • Deliver clear, actionable financial insights and reporting to senior leadership to support rapid, informed decision-making.
  • Design, enhance, and scale financial systems, tools, and processes that improve transparency, speed, and financial discipline across product development.
  • Challenge assumptions, surface tradeoffs early, and ensure capital is deployed where it delivers the greatest value.

What You Bring To The Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • 5–10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis; experience supporting product development or manufacturing strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
