• Hourly Pay: $28.90 – $41.00 (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $8,000 – $12,000
• Shift Differentials:
• Days (7am–3pm): +$1.25/hr (Sat–Sun)
• Evenings (3pm–11pm):
• Mon–Thurs: +$2.00/hr
• Fri–Sun: +$3.00/hr
• Nights (11pm–7am):
• Mon–Thurs: +$4.00/hr
• Fri–Sun: +$5.00/hr

Shift Options

• 12-hour shifts: 7:00am–7:00pm or 7:00pm–7:00am
• 8-hour shifts:
• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm–11:30pm
• 3rd Shift: 11:00pm–7:30am

Available Positions

Youth Population:

• Full-Time Nights – 32 or 36 hours/week
• Full-Time Evenings – 32 hours/week

High Acuity Adult Population:

• Full-Time Days – 36 hours/week
• Full-Time Evenings – 32 hours/week
• Full-Time Nights – 36 hours/week

Older Adult Population:

• Full-Time Evenings – 32 hours/week
• Full-Time Nights – 32 hours/week

Role Overview

As a Psychiatric RN, you will:

• Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process
• Provide supervision and direction to clinical support staff
• Foster a safe, therapeutic environment for patients
• Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and strong communication skills
• Uphold values of integrity, diversity, and excellence in care

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Michigan or compact eligibility preferred)
• Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
• Passion for mental health and patient advocacy
