Associate data analyst

Fusion Academy is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Data Analyst to join our innovative team. As an Associate Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making across various departments. Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Assist in the development of reports and dashboards that effectively communicate analysis findings.
• Collaborate with educational teams to understand data needs and deliver data solutions.
• Support the integration of data analytics into decision-making processes.
• Conduct data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to address specific inquiries from various stakeholders.
• Stay updated on data analysis best practices and emerging technologies in the field.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in an educational setting.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts in an understandable manner.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Proficient in problem-solving and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
