Title Support Specialist
Plymouth, MI | $50,000–$60,000 (DOE, negotiable) | Full-time, Onsite Our client is seeking a Title Support Specialist to join their growing team in Plymouth, MI. This is a fully onsite position offering a competitive salary, benefits, PTO, 401(k) with match, and additional perks.
This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in the title insurance industry who thrives in a support capacity . The Title Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of title operations by assisting with processing, title clearance, commitment production, and customer coordination. This is not a sales or closing position—it’s a critical support function that helps the team deliver efficient, accurate service to clients. What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative and operational support to the title team, examiners, and processors
- Assist with title commitment production, preparation, and delivery
- Support title clearance efforts, including gathering required documents and resolving outstanding items
- Coordinate with customers, lenders, and internal staff to ensure timely communication and information flow
- Perform data entry, document review, and file management within title software systems
- Monitor and follow up on open items to help move files toward completion
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Provide general support to help the team meet deadlines and client expectations
- Prior experience in the title insurance industry (processing, title clearance, production, or customer coordination)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with title software and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed
