Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, development, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all manufacturing operations through training and mentorship.
• Analyze operational data and conduct process observations to identify root causes of inefficiencies and waste.
• Manage a portfolio of improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and realization of benefits.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles for all levels of staff.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and report on the financial impact of improvement projects.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to solve complex operational problems and implement sustainable solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying Lean principles (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S) and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience utilizing statistical tools for data-driven decision making.
• Excellent project management, communication, and change management abilities to drive process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience applying Industry 4.0 principles or digital tools in manufacturing CI initiatives
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
