Continuous Improvement Manager | Whitehall, MI
Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, development, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all manufacturing operations through training and mentorship.
- Analyze operational data and conduct process observations to identify root causes of inefficiencies and waste.
- Manage a portfolio of improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and realization of benefits.
- Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles for all levels of staff.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and report on the financial impact of improvement projects.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to solve complex operational problems and implement sustainable solutions.
Recommended Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying Lean principles (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S) and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience utilizing statistical tools for data-driven decision making.
- Excellent project management, communication, and change management abilities to drive process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Experience applying Industry 4.0 principles or digital tools in manufacturing CI initiatives
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
