Lead Business Intelligence Analyst - Capital Project Systems and Strategy - 40 Hours - Days

GENERAL SUMMARY:

A Lead Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is a strategic advisor and analytics leader who shapes the departmental and organizational analytics agenda.

At Henry Ford Health, the Lead BI Analyst leads enterprise-impact projects, partners with executives to define analytic priorities, and ensures BI solutions drive measurable improvements in patient care, operational performance, and strategic growth.

This role sets standards for:

• KPI tracking,

• Business model development,

• Dashboard design,

• Analytics governance,

• While mentoring analysts at all levels and fostering a data-informed culture.

• The Lead BI Analyst delivers insights, by leveraging deep operational and analytics understanding to drive decisions.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree required;

• Master's preferred in Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Data), Healthcare, Computer Science, Business, or Applied Science preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 6-7+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or related roles.

• Expertise in SQL, BI platforms, data architecture, and advanced analytics methodologies.

• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale analytics initiatives.

• Strong influencing and communication skills, with proven ability to advise executives. Track record of mentoring and developing high-performing analytics teams.
