Position Summary As a MAS Systems Technician, you will accurately and safely lay out, build, and test advanced automated systems for industries such as automotive tier suppliers. Utilizing your mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic expertise, you will assemble system components according to engineering designs and schematics, ensuring safety and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Layout, build, and test automated systems based on engineering designs and schematics.

• Assemble components such as robots, risers, conveyors, and perimeter guarding.

• Complete electrical wiring for equipment, including cable trays, junction boxes, and panels.

• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to meet project schedules. \

• Provide input for labor skill set assignments and plan daily activities.

• Audit integration status according to the Manufacturing Process Plan.

• Update documentation to ensure compliance with engineering standards.

Maintain tools and adhere to safety policies and dress code.

• Ensure reliable attendance and availability for extended overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in electrical systems or automation technology preferred.

• Experience: At least 1-2 years in a related field; previous experience with system integration is advantageous.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand and power tools and a basic understanding of automation systems principles and electrical components

• Analytical Skills: Ability to follow technical instructions and diagrams; competence in reading and interpreting schematics

Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Travel: Willingness to work at customer sites and extended overtime when required
