Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends , Autheo , and the WFO Creator Network , along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.

Role: Senior Mobile Engineer

Autheo is building a sovereign blockchain platform delivering 1B+ TPS, 200GB/s DePIN data flows, and secure mobile access with sub-microsecond performance and robust encryption.

As a part-time Senior Mobile Engineer in an equity-based cofounder role, you’ll develop cross-platform Android/iOS apps using Flutter or Kotlin/Swift, integrating with WebAssembly (WASM) runtimes for privacy-preserving smart contracts, DePIN tasks, and dApp deployments. This role is critical to surpassing Ethereum’s EVM and Solana’s SVM by enabling secure, offline-first mobile experiences with biometric authentication and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

1. Mobile App Development

* Build Flutter/Kotlin/Swift apps with <100ms blockchain interaction latency.

* Implement offline-first PWAs with 2s load times across devices.

* Design 60fps dashboards for DePIN throughput and blockchain metrics.

2. Secure Mobile Interfaces

* Develop zero-knowledge wallet UIs for 1M+ TPS blockchain interactions.

* Implement biometric authentication and ASCM session management (<100ms latency).

* Ensure GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA-compliant UI state with zero data leakage.

3. AI-Driven Mobile UX

* Integrate GenAI code completion with 95% accurate GrappLang suggestions.

* Build RAG-based explorers with 99% accurate API searches in <50ms.

* Create AI debugging UIs visualizing contract paths with 100% coverage.

4. Cross-Chain Integration

* Develop GraphQL-driven mobile clients with sub-50ms cross-chain query latency.

* Implement DAG visualizers rendering 10,000+ nodes at 60fps.

* Design DePIN portals for real-time 200GB/s metrics with AI predictions.

5. Compliance & Accessibility

* Achieve WCAG 2.2 AA compliance with 100% automated audit pass rates.

* Embed GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA-compliant data controls with audit logging.

* Support 10+ languages for global developer adoption.

6. Mobile Reliability

* Deploy to edge CDNs with 99.999% uptime and <100ms render times.

* Implement OpenTelemetry tracing for 100% interaction paths (<15min MTTR).

* Build Storybook design systems with 100+ reusable mobile components.

7. Leadership & Innovation

* Collaborate with blockchain, AI/ML, and security teams for API integration.

* Lead mobile UX reviews for scalability and security.

* Mentor engineers and contribute to open-source Web3 mobile components.

* Publish at React Native/Web3 Summit on mobile UX innovations.

Qualifications:

Required:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, HCI, or equivalent.

* 5+ years building mobile apps for blockchain/DeFi systems.

* Production experience with Flutter/Kotlin/Swift, Web3.js.

* Expertise in PWAs, WCAG 2.2, and compliance auditing.

Preferred:

* Background in DeFi UX or healthcare-compliant mobile apps.

* Experience with GenAI-driven mobile interfaces or SDKs.

* Contributions to open-source mobile Web3 frameworks.

Soft Skills:

* Precision in mobile UX and performance optimization.

* Strong technical communication and cross-team collaboration.
