What Youll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative Fire Sprinkler Systems youll be the face of FSS to new and existing commercial customers, selling industry-leading Fire Sprinkler solutions. Your focus: drive revenue by creating strong client relationships and delivering custom safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new commercial clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, our existing customer base and industry events.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships with ongoing communication and outstanding customer service.
- Understand and clearly communicate our product/service offerings quote recurring services and projects with confidence.
- Deliver polished, in-person proposals and follow up with clients through every stage of the process.
- Collaborate closely with operations to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction.
- Keep the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system updated daily with calls, activities, opportunities, and outcomes.
- Participate in weekly sales training and mentorship sessions.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, in Fire Sprinkler Project Sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Drivers License and clean driving record required
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not required)

Salary & Compensation
- Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $125,000 $200,000 annually (base + uncapped commission)
- Incentives: Performance bonuses, commission, and sales contests
- Uncapped earning potential the more you close, the more you earn
