Pay Range: $60,000 to $130,000 per year, plus commission and performance bonuses

 Job Overview

Upland Construction is seeking experienced and driven Project Managers to oversee high-end residential remodeling and construction projects. Ideal candidates will bring strong estimating and bidding skills, on-site project leadership, and a client-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-end residential remodeling and construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Develop accurate estimates and submit competitive bids
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and job site activities
  • Maintain project budgets, schedules, and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and vendors
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and progress
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Contribute to the growth of our insurance restoration business by leveraging industry connections

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling and construction project management.
  • Strong skills in estimating, bidding, and on-site supervision
  • Existing relationships with subcontractors highly preferred
  • Experience or connections in the insurance restoration industry is a significant plus
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
