Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and PFDs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience in a process engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
• Ability to create and interpret process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and other engineering documentation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) for data analysis and automation
• Experience with advanced process simulation software
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP)
