Salary Range: $76,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in production machinery and control systems to minimize downtime.
• Implement and manage electrical projects, including installation, upgrades, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Optimize electrical control systems, PLCs, and HMIs to improve manufacturing efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, codes (e.g., NEC, NFPA 70E), and company policies.
• Develop and maintain accurate electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance technicians and production personnel on electrical systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI development.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, including SCADA, VFDs, and motor controls.
• Experience with electrical power distribution systems, including design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E) and arc flash analysis.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and automation issues in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with industrial automation control systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA).
• Experience integrating and programming industrial robotics.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Experience with machine vision systems for quality control or inspection.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
