Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping).
• Identify and eliminate waste (Muda) in manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard work procedures and visual management systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement effective corrective actions.
• Train and mentor employees on Lean principles and tools across all levels of the organization.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Lean transformation and sustain improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban).
• Proven experience leading and implementing continuous improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt certification preferred).

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Experience with advanced data analytics platforms (e.g., Python, R) for process optimization
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
