Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies for manufacturing operations.
• Manage procurement, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations for raw materials and components.
• Optimize inventory levels across the production lifecycle to minimize costs and ensure material availability.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams on demand forecasting and production planning.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier reliability and geopolitical factors.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Deep understanding of inventory management, procurement, logistics, and production planning.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize supply chain processes, drive cost efficiencies, and manage supplier relationships.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9 Solutions).
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with international logistics, customs, and trade compliance.
