Position Description: Job OverviewWe are seeking meticulous and reliable individuals to join our team as **Cannabis Trimmers**. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise manicuring of cannabis flower after harvest to ensure premium product quality, consistency, and full compliance with industry regulations. This position requires strong attention to detail, steady hand control, and the ability to maintain efficiency while working in a structured, team-based production environment.Essential Responsibilities:Cannabis Trimming & Product QualityHand-trim cannabis buds with precision to achieve high-quality finished product.Remove leaves, stems, and excess material while preserving bud structure and potency.Maintain consistent trim standards across all batches.Follow all SOPs for trimming, handling, and product care.Compliance & SanitationAdhere to all state and local cannabis regulations related to processing and handling.Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards to prevent contamination.Ensure all work practices align with company SOPs and compliance requirements.Production & EfficiencyWork efficiently to meet daily trimming quotas and production goals.Support smooth workflow within the post-harvest department.Report any product quality concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.Teamwork & CommunicationCollaborate with team members to maintain steady production output.Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding progress or issues.Contribute to a positive, organized, and team-oriented work environment.Workspace MaintenanceMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient trimming station.Support overall facility cleanliness and operational flow.QualificationsRequiredPrior experience in cannabis trimming or a similar production role required.Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.Strong communication and teamwork skills.PreferredExperience in post-harvest cannabis processing or agricultural production environments.Familiarity with SOP-driven production systems.What We OfferFull-time employment in a growing cannabis operation.Stable, structured production environment.Opportunities for advancement within post-harvest operations.Team-oriented and compliance-driven workplace.Apply TodayIf you are detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in cannabis trimming or similar production work, we encourage you to apply.#Cult26 Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, push, and move up to 60 pounds regularly throughout scheduled shifts.Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach for extended periods while performing daily cultivation tasks.Comfortable working in hot, humid grow environments with temperatures ranging from approximately 75–85&degree;F and humidity levels between 60–70%.Ability to work under high-intensity grow lighting for extended periods of time.Must possess strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to perform detailed tasks such as trimming, transplanting, cloning, pruning, and plant maintenance.Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented work throughout the workday while maintaining consistency and quality standards.Ability to operate cultivation tools, irrigation equipment, sprayers, trimming equipment, and other facility systems safely and effectively.Comfortable working around cannabis plants, fertilizers, organic pesticides, soil, growing media, dust, and strong plant odors.Ability to maintain focus, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced cultivation environment with strict compliance requirements.Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented cultivation setting.Ability to follow sanitation, safety, and compliance procedures precisely while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.Comfortable moving throughout multiple grow rooms and cultivation areas during the course of a shift.Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding plant health, equipment issues, and operational needs.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position. $16.00 - $18.00 Hourly
