What You’ll Do

• Install, service, and repair heating and cooling systems
• Diagnose HVAC performance issues with precision
• Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and system upgrades
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Providing mentorship and guidance to a team of technicians
• Ensure safety, quality, and code compliance on every job
• Work independently and confidently while supported by a strong team
• Collaborate with management on scheduling, project planning, and resource allocation
• Representing the company with pride and professionalism

⭐ What You Bring

• HVAC Mechanical license is highly desirable
• Service Titan experience is desired
• Excellent mechanical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and installation practices
• Customer-focused mindset and great communication
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, and various environments
