Wealth Advisor Associate

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Wealth Advisor Associate to join our team at Waggoner Group. This is a genuine career opportunity — not just a job — for someone who is passionate about wealth management and committed to building long-term client relationships. You will work directly alongside our senior advisors, gaining hands-on experience across financial planning, client relationship management, and business development.

What You'll Do:

- Assist lead advisors in preparing comprehensive financial plans and client presentations.

- Support client onboarding, account maintenance, and ongoing service requests.

- Maintain and update CRM and portfolio management systems with a high degree of accuracy.

- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up action items for client meetings.

- Manage and grow a mixed book of business, including both inherited and self-sourced client relationships.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution with strong academic performance in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

- Demonstrated interest in capital markets, investment analysis, and wealth management.

- Progress toward — or genuine willingness to pursue — professional designations, including SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and CFP.

- Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a client-first mindset. (edited)
