You’ll support care planning, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, ensure fall prevention strategies, and document care in electronic health records with accuracy and timeliness. We offer competitive compensation with a guaranteed 36.0 hours per week, plus a weekly pay range of $1,337–$1,432.
