RV Resort Manager - Hospitality

Job Description
The RV Resort Manager - Hospitality is responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at a medium-sized RV resort. This role includes managing a team of 6-10 staff members, managing reservations / bookings, coordinating on-site social events, and assisting with marketing initiatives to enhance the resort’s visibility and appeal. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Flexible schedule, including weekends and or evenings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest services to ensure high satisfaction and repeat visits
- Supervise and support a team of 6-10 employees
- Coordinate occasional on-site social activities and special events
- Assist in developing / implement marketing strategies to promote the resort
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in hospitality management
- Reservation Specialist
- College degree is helpful
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven team leadership abilities
- Experience in event planning helpful
- Knowledge of marketing strategies helpful
