Salary Range: $46,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and execute corrective maintenance.
• Conduct diagnostic tests to identify root causes of equipment failures.
• Install, calibrate, and upgrade new production equipment and machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing maintenance role, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical technology.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and industrial control systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming or maintenance.
• Certified welder (MIG, TIG, or Stick).
• HVAC or refrigeration system experience.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Advanced PLC programming or HMI development skills.
