Account Manager

We are working with a stable, family-owned manufacturing company in the industrial textiles sector that is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join their team and drive business growth, with a focus on filtration fabrics and nonwoven textiles .

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts with care, responsiveness, and professionalism

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, primarily in the filtration and industrial textile space

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver custom solutions to meet client needs

• Leverage tools like Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer activity

• Support expansion into other product areas, including cutting and specialty textile services

• Represent a company known for its quality, service, and long-standing reputation in the local and regional market

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service in a B2B environment

• Textile industry knowledge — especially with wovens or industrial filtration materials — is highly preferred

• A natural salesperson who thrives on building relationships and solving problems

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage time and territory effectively

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems

• Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex customer needs
