Production Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )

As a Production Associate, you will be tasked in the final assembly of small to medium sized tractors and or small off-road vehicles depending on which department you are in. You are assigned to a assembly cell where you will putting your mechanical skills to the test using hand and power tools to complete the final assemblies following customer specifications.

• Assemble parts with hand tools and power tools
• Conduct quality control checks, Maintain inventory checks, oversee and gather parts
• Resolve assembly problems by changing dimensions to meet specifications
• Document actions by filling out product and quality forms

Production Associate Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined
• Follow Blueprints and Customer Specs
• Previous hands on mechanical and assembly experience preferred
• Lifting up to 50lbs
• High school diploma or GED
• Open to overtime as needed

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
