- Manage and schedule posts while maintaining a consistent and unified brand voice
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with our audience
- Create and manage social media campaigns and paid advertising initiatives
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach
- Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with leadership and staff to highlight programs, events, and resident life
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- At least 3-5 year's experience in social media management or similar role
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Knowledge of major social media platforms and audience engagement strategies
- Ability to create visually appealing and impactful content
