Salary Range: $44,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods according to specifications.
• Conduct various tests and measurements using precision instruments, recording and analyzing results accurately.
• Document non-conformances, quality issues, and corrective actions, maintaining comprehensive quality records.
• Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for identified quality defects.
• Support the calibration program for measurement and test equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues and improve manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency with precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience with quality control processes, inspection techniques, and non-conformance reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry, analysis, and report generation (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP/QMS software systems (e.g., SAP, MasterControl).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Internal auditor experience for ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
